tomtom 6 performance

TT6 performance seems generally a lot worse than 5.21, in terms of the screen updates. It's liveable with most of the time, but in town centres it's a real problem, it's just too slow. Does anyone have any advice as to how to improve the performance? 5.21 was a lot smoother, wondering whether to revert to it.

Disable all your POI's and just use the Warn When Near POI facility instead, this is known to speed up screen refresh rates - Mike
