View Full Version : After upgrare Stucked at boot screen

Artemis and PDAMobiz_Dopod_P800W_AKU301_v1.1.2_PowerMap

i tried to upgrade my o2 arte200,i waited 30min. but installation frozen.
i did reset but after reset my phone stucked at bootscreen

IPL : 1.25.0001
SPL: 1.25.0000
GSM : 02.67.90
OS : 1.28.0.0

Please help... i tried hard reset and soft reset ... but no way...
when i plug usb cable activeSync dont recognise phone

Active sync is usable only with Windows booted device. If Windows isn't able to boot, you must enter into bootloader, plug usb cable and then start rom flashing.

hi sir
i entered bootloader screen,connected usb cable ... (i can connect using mtty)
i run the software "CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE"
but gets an error message " cant connect to the phone" :(
WHY ???

finally i did connection ...
but goes %3 and gives error message

ERROR 294 INVALID VENDER ID
this update utility cannot be used for your PDA Phone.Please check your update utility ??????

CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE

is a Rom for the Wizard not for the Artemis.

You need the original ROM so you have to search for the O2 ARTE200 ROM. The language of the ROM has to be correct as well.

Press and hold the record button and then do a reset.

My DOPOD was in the same trouble. I got the same vender ID error. Does anyone know where to get the original DOPOD P800 chinese ROM?

The same problem has I also.
My ROM upgrade ended bad. Test of installing of different ( I have already them probably 12) the INVALID ends VENDOR ID
I it can not now to remove CID nor to find out what it has it CID HTC__001 does not it fit. T - MOB 005 does not it fit.

I look for original romu from Dngaard ( DK)

Someone knows what CID maybe it is in HTC 3300. I have HTC P3300 is distributed would to Dangaard.

i got it working after i found the original german rom...loaded the orbit into the bootloader screen with 3 colors....plugged in the usb cable..then ran the german rom, after a few mins it reset and the orbit loaded up...after that i followed these steps to get it into english

flashed it with the tmobileuk 1.13 shipped file. everything is ok now.

could you tell me how did you manage to conect your phone? i have the same problem and i can't get my palm recognized by windows...

you must go into the bootloader.

iīve found the orginal o2 rom and now itīs working fine with wm5.
i wait for the o2 official wm6 update (i read something about may).
