Bluetooth License Expired

Hi,
im using a backup, cause wm5 doesnt work...
the backup works so far, but if i start bluetooth it works fine for a minute, finds other bluetooth devices, but then this error pops up:
Bluetooth cannot be used no more, since the license is expired.
BDA: 00:00:00:00:00:00
Key: E3E534E...(countinued)

is this a known problem?
