Help my SPV M1000 cease to emit sound

hi, im new member.

got a problem with my spv m1000.

1. even if the charger was detached from the device, the device still in "charging mode" or still charging the battery and the battery only lasts for about 6 hours

2. after playing mp3's on my device, my unit stop emitting audio. even my ringtone's. i can only accept call by using BT headset...

can i fix this problem by upgrading?

i would try softreset first
then i would try hardreset
and last i would try another rom
if non of that worked i would write it off as hardware issues

i also have spv m1000 with same trouble. I noticed that this start happens as i install BCHS bluethooth stack.

well, i've tried hard and soft reset a lot of times.

then i do rom upgrade, wm2003, wm5, etc...

and finally, i just want to stream all the audio to BT headset and i have installed BT driver. after then, i've tried to play the media player but still no sound on BT, "my spv was set to silent", then i increase the volume on my phone and from nowhere, my phone just emit sound?????

what could have been the problem?

but anyway, i enjoy all my mp3's again...
