Upograde Rom by SD ? Is it possible..?

Dear friend,
I have a Voda VPA III with a little problem on the USB connector and I can't upgrade it with the ITA rom with the usual system.
There is someone who can tell me How I can do it flashing with the SD card from Voda UK rom to Voda Ita rom?

Yes, rom upgrade via sd is a simple process. :)

The instructions are in the wiki and there are a few threads on the subject so I want bore you with retyping them here.
