Delay in ringing??

Good afternoon every body ihave aproblem and tried every thing and didn't succeed .i have a PDA2K and there's astrange delay in phone ring when recieving a call it could take 5 to 10 secs to start ringing wich causes me to miss many calls.PLEASE what can i do???? Thank you in advance.

what kinda ringtone file do you use there? we know there is a delay in mp3 format, but not other windows format that i am aware of.

Dear imatrix Thank u that u took time to reply,Mostly any kind of ring tone has this kind of delay not only MP3's .Is there any thing i can do?

Everything depends not only on selected ringtone, but also on ROM you are using. On my BA I have aroun 2-3s delay. I use last Baniaczek's ROM, WM5.

imatrix, we still don't know what ROM alkhadraaw is using. This fix seems to be for WM5, a I still think he has 2003.

Thank U 4 your dedication ,this was very effective,but with small sitback ,it only works for Wav ringtones,not mp3 but still iam half way there.THANT U IMATRIX.by the way ihave WM5 HELMI upgrade.

Blee. There are at least 7 (seven) helmi's versions, and 2 (two) mine.
