Bluetooth voice quality in HTC Artemis /XDA Orbit

I wonder if anyone know about a patch for the Bluetooth connection, to get better voice quality results with Bluetooth Headsets.

Headset Experience:
Jabra JX10 = really much cracking
Plantronics Voyager 510
