motorola s805 problem

I have the s805 headset and love them but for one thing i can only safely talk for about 4 min then the hands free turns off does anyone know a fix for this? I can turn it back on again by turning handsfree off and back on again but thats a pain. Cingy and motorola are no help with this issue so i figured id ask people who really know!!! :)

Im using the cingy official radio update and wm6 black 2.5

did not work when phone was stock either same problem.
