View Full Version : Hold at Bootloader Screen

After i try to flash the Taiwan Version CHT Rom to my Hong Kong Version CHT U1000.
The Flash program have a error massage 242 (wrong carrier)
On the other side my U1000 is hold at Flash utilities, I already perform a hard reset (Volume Down + Reset) and (Camera + Reset) but still can't quit it.

Anyone can help to solve my problem?

people, stop flashing other device ROM, it won't work....

Don't know why there is no offical method to quit the flash utilities, Focuse us to use a stupid method to create a corrupt ROM to make the flash utilities error to exit. Same machine same language different region also cause this problem.

there is no official method because you are not suppose to do it. you are only allow to flash official rom for the same machine for the same region. By flash other ROM, you void the warranty of the device and if you take it to HTC or T-mobile or DOPOD asking for solution, it's no longer their problem and you cause trouble to XDA site as well. So until there is a confirm tool that allow you to do so for Athena, stop trying....
