How to open the Athena?

I would like to open up the Athena to see if I can exchange the MicroDrive for a 4 GB CF card. Has anyone opened it yet? How do I remove the plastic cover on the side after the three T-5 screws are off?

Removing the Micro Drive and exchanging it with CF seems to be a good idea considering the speed and power advantages. Why don't HTC think of that? Especially if we can put a vibrator in that.
