Yes You Can.

If You Read The Wiki On Hermes It's There.

http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_HowtoReconstruct

There You Go

In How to dump the ROM (step by step)

I keep on getting this

C:\itsutils>pdocread.exe -l
Copying C:\itsutils\itsutils.dll to WCE:\windows\itsutils.dll
Could not update itsutils.dll to the current version, maybe it is inuse?
try restarting your device, or restart ActiveSync

I Have set registry key 'HKLM\Security\Policies\Policies' valuename '0000101a' to dword:1 and reset

still no luck

I have : HardSPL Version 7 (2.10.olipro)
Radio : 1.41.00.10

Handset : Dopod838Pro

EDIT : no worries http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=293665 solved the issue cheerz... updated wiki
