Well I just thought I would put this information in one place as I was not able to find a really good explanation of some of it and the rest was burried about 75 pages deep into some threads.
For those of us who are using the newest version of Oli's bootloader, you will notice that no matter how many times you flash the device it never overwrites the bootloader. If you are sending in a device for warranty this can be an issue. But there is a way to do it though it is not readily apparent. The newer versions prevent the bootloader from being over written so you have to downgrade to an older version then upgrade to your OEM ROM package.
1) Download the 1.10 - Olipro SPL (http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=35136&d=1173326890)
2) Flash the bootloader of your device with the 1.10 bootloader
3) Download the OEM Flash for your device, either from your OEM website or check here (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Hermes_Upgrades).
4) Then Flash your device with it and all should be back to what it was before ya started flashing your device.
