No Modem at above number. To check your connection settings and change them if needed

I have O2 xda mini. I have activated GPRS, but when connect using GPRS its shows "No Modem at above number. To check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap Settings", It was working fine 3-4 days ago.

I have Airtel Connection (India-Rajasthan)

My Settings:

Under My ISP:
ConnectiinnName :NOP
AccessPoint Name:airtewap.com
Line : Celleular Line (GPRS)

Under MyWorkNetwork
Proxies : 100.1.200.99 Port 8080 (All).

this was setting was before, and its worked fine, but now its not working.. pls suggest me...
