yes, its a lame question and yes I ve found that I have to remove cards, and press power button and soft reset button in the same time but device doesnt perform a hard reset - just soft reset.
is there any software for the hard reset or am I doing something wrong ?

but It looks like a procedure for the WW3, is this the common hard reset procedure which will erase everything EXCEPT 2005 win ?

no one EVER hard reseted the 2020, AMAZING ! Like Im on Palm forum.

with wm5 os hardreset == entering bootloader and formatting chipondisk/storage
with wm2003 softreset plus power button

thanks Rudegar, its wm5 and procedure you said sounds too risky for me, I ll live with it (for now)
