Add Flight Mode to Comm Manager

Add the following to your registry, and an extra button for Flight Mode will appear! When pressed will disable all radios (phone, wi-fi, BT) and when pressed again will put it back to its previous state.

Change the following key:
HKLM\Software\HTC\CommManager
"SupportedFunctions" change to "8"

Create the following key:
"HKLM\Software\HTC\CommManager\7"
"default" = "FlightMode" datatype="string"

Ensure the comm manager is not running before changing, then no soft reset is required.

You've got an MDACIII without WiFi?

Cause on mine it does work with 8 and 7 and I have a Dutch MDACIII.

me too... I don't know why...

edit: It works! I did wrong. You have to write the word FlightMode without quotes in the registry.

Hello guys. I just wanted to ask a question since i ve just got my MDA III.
Do you know how to enter the actual resgistry?
And since i read on one of the above replies diferrences in keys depending on whether the HTC P3300 has or not WiFi, mine doesnt have so which is the correct key?

Looks good but can't get my head round the instruction posted (using SK Reg Explorer) I need an "Idiots Guide" to entering the key (I can alter the key ok but writing new key is over my head with this software)
