wow, it took you 19 times to realize the code is not correct? you should have contact T-mobile after 2 times of try, good luck :)

you just need to phone T-mobile, telling them for example you are going to use other sim card when you are other UK, so you need this device unlock, they might charge you, but the way is just simply call them

oh, i didn't realize you are not a customer of T-mobile, in this case, it's no use to call them, they will only give unlock code to their customer. I have also bought my T-mobile MDA Pro on ebay, it was lock, no matter how many times i call them, they will just not give me the code, the only way is to ask the seller to do it for you, you see, every IMEI is link to their owner, in this case, it's not link to you but the auction seller, so you need to ask him to do it for you.

p.s. At least this is the case about 1 year ago.
