reverting from wm6 to wm5

can anyone direct me to the thread as to how to revert back from wm6 to wm5 please?

if there isn't one, can anyone guide me through please?

I've tried "down"grading the ROM back the lower versions of ROM only connects using Activesync 4.2. wm6 only connects using Activesync 4.5.
