Even though the HTC camera application can capture video at 320x240 at 15 fps on the TyTn, Direct Show only allows 160x120 at 7.5 fps.
Does anyone have a suggestion about how to get around this?
This is a great phone and I have a dynamite software application that really needs the 320x240 15 fps video.
Does anyone know whether HTC might be planning a software upgrade that would fix this?
Has anyone had any luck making contact with HTC's engineering staff with an issue like this? I submitted a customer service request on their web site about two weeks ago and received a polite acknowledgment but there has been no further follow-up.
