I have a T-Mobile MDA G4 which I paid to have CID unlocked about a month or so ago. I was wondering if CID unlocked is the same as SIM unlocked?
I don't need to use the device on another network, just wondering if CID is the same as SIM unlock.

Dave;
You should really read the Wiki first; this very question is addressed there very succinctly, as is many other questions and issues that all of us should read about first. CID and SIM are different, hence the different initials. The WIKI explains what they mean:)
