Go to tmobiles site and get newest rom for your MDA

Flash it

Let it go through all setup reboot and then remove battery

now flash device with faria's latest it's on here, one of the main threads in Wizard/Moblie 6/

CB-AIRAF.exe is the file you want password is "crossbow."

now go get mUn's rom I suggest using the wiki, windows mobile 6 upgrade, it has links to all the files.

Flash it to device.

Be happy! now you have a good foudation to build off of. you end up with with rtm HTC operator logo, RTM splash screens and it performs great!

These are not official roms, leaked obviously and when HTC brings out the new rom "soon" we'll all know exactly how the manufacturer wants the device to perfom. "baseline."

Lastly a little tip: go get format flash, it's free evaluation period lets you format with full function for 10 days. Install it on yout device and launch it. they hide it in system settings. Go to format page and format your card as fat 32 with 16k clusters. also it does help if you buy a "high speed" card, I promise you it makes a huge difference.

Lastly I don't personaly overclock, not yet anyway but there are a lot of guys out there that do with good results. there are several applicatios out there that can help you accomplish this I recommend omapclock.

G3 sweet spot seems to be low setting =143mhz peak=247mhz

Hope this helps

WOW! That's some helpful insight, but he already has WM6 installed. He just wanted to know about overclocking.

A+ for effort!
