Touch screen problem

I have a strange problem with my O2 xda mini s , When i on my screen in my phone the content in the screen gets fading. After that i can't do anything in the screen .After couple of times I power off and on my phone then its gets ok . But its really annoying that i could see if there is a incoming call the screen content get faded and i can't see the caller ID :(

This can be either a hardware problem (which I don't believe) or an incompatible software or bad flash on your phone!

If you have the possibility of making a full backup of your phone try the following:

Reset the device to its factory defaults and do not install any other application. Check out if the problem persists! If that does not solve the issue try to reflash the device with your shipped ROM. If you still get the same problem afterwards then it is for sure a hardware issue and you should contact O2 ...
