upgrade radio rom problem

Dear All,

My x01ht (white) is the oldest radio rom1.14.01.10
Traditional Chinese HK rom, sim unlocked

I upgraded to Hard SPL-2.10 already, and want to use RUU to upgrade the radio rom 1.41, NOT WORK, no changed in radio rom even the program run and said finsih.

Then, I try to use terminal mode to flash SPL to 1.01MFG, then SPL 1.04 and try standard method to upgrade. But when I run mtty and some error occured, log as follows:

Any other method that I can update the radio rom?

1) You will not be able to upgrade your radio with MFG spl
2) HardSPL-2.10 doesn't allow itself to be reflashed.
3) white X01HT with Radio 1.14.01.10 and radio can't be upgraded, this means you have radio bootloader 0182. There's still no known way to upgrade those radios. Read more here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=301952).

It seems the machine was SIM-Unlocked. However is it the same case for Radio ROM 1.14 on Black X01HT at the old time?
