Ameo Not Unlock Help Help

PLEASE HELP ME
I have locked Ameo and I received an Unlock Code From T-mobile UK. I try to unlock it and by accident inserted the wrong code and now I receive the following error message. "you Have Tried 19 Times , Please Wait Until Timeout. "

I waited 2 days and still I'm unable to unlock it. This is a disastrous situation for me since I'm handicap and the telephone for me is life saver when I have to leave the house. Please advice me urgently how to resolved this problem .
