I don't have this problem with 1.1. But I didn't install the ext rom which include xda_batfix. Maybe it is this that is causing the problem.

I am running Fantastic 1.1 and I can charge my phone everywhere: car, wall charger and by usb cable with a PC.

The Alpha Candidate 2 runs smooth on my device since 6th may.
Using GPS mouse plus iGO without a problem, So far I can't find anything causing me problems, but the other WM6 ROMs didn't either

Things I noticed in this ROM:

*The link in the GPRS/WLAN bubble showing "Wireless on" has been renamed to "Wireless Manager" and pressing it leads to the Comm Manager.

* Model name changed from "WIZA200" to "WM300" (shouldn't it be PM300;))

* German o2 GPRS Flatrate users can now use their flatrate without installing a CAB file from old o2 ROM

* As mentioned some programs in the ExtROM has been updated/replaced

i try this new rom for a few days, and ...it is fantastic...no problem at this time, i only add batterystatus today plugin. GPRS (edge) works well as wifi and bluetooth. For car charging, not tested because i have a usb plug on my radio car wich is working. One little thing, there is too much prog in the ext. rom, i prefer for this point the pdaviet rom.
For the french now, "vous l'aurez deviné à mon superbe anglais !!!" :D , Wifi doesn't work if you choose french parameters in regionnal settings. VOip is working too (dans les deux sens) with an appropriate ipdialplan.xml for free ISP.

So "QUE DU BONHEURS !!!!!!!!!! "

You have to be more specific for example what have you done so far, how are you connected to the internet (wiFi, GPRS...) doesn't WL start or connect? Maybe then somebody can help you.

You have not hard reset your device after flashing, hold down both left hand buttons and press reset on bottom of device

I installed the 2.2a without a problem and everything seems to work. I didn't install extended rom soft. Ext rom contains to much software, some are double e.g. shutdown is in rom and in extended rom and there is also a power off. Anyway, I don't see any improvements with 1.1 and this rom is based on the same windows built as before. I will downgrade again, 1.1 is working just fine. I would suggest that someone (maybe ask Buzzlightyear) to build a program that would add extented rom space to storage and also maybe wiat for a new rom until this new built is released (see Smart1).

Hi Guys,
I am now on Mobiz V2.0ac2 for 2 days but with all WM6 that I have tried usually I have these problems.

1. Screen alignment problem after using for a few weeks.
2. Windows Live doesn't work either right after fresh installation (with error message "WL was unable to establish internet connection", wifi/gprs same result), OR if it does allow me to register user name and password etc...and works, it will stop a few days after with error message "sync failed".

I'd like to use WL for Messanger and hotmail but with problem above I can only rely on my gmail. Reinstalling using different WL cab file doesn't help either.http://forum.xda-developers.com/images/icons/icon9.gif

I'm keeping it on there for now but seems like even after overclocking...still need more speed! Any ROM specific tweaks, anyone?

Best radio rom for battery life is 2.47.21 (the last radio rom Prophet genuine).

Other problem i noticed is thet the phone hangs when i get a call and use an mp3 (not build in) ringtone. This problem was on buid in WM5 too, so i hoped WM6 will solve this. Any ideas?

I've build a CAB (see attach) with 2 reg tweaks, an exe with WifiInit linked to startup. Install it, then SHUT-OFF completely (holding 5 seconds the switch-off button), and then switch on your prophet.
With this cab i can switch on/off WiFi with no problems...

Could anybody confirm this is working/not working?

NEVER USE G4 STUFF ONB G3 OR YOU WILL KILL YOUR PHONE!!!

Hmmm... it seems it should work

all WM6 Roms are for both G3 and G4. It's only important to use a G3/G4 updater at step1 (install Aku2.2)

G3 and G4 are the Product Name of the used DOC (Disk On Chip) H4 is the next Generation of DOC. If you Flash the wrong IPL/SPL in the DOC, you use the wrong driver to enter the DOC. G3 and G4/H4 use different TrueFFS Driver.

I'm not sure if this was an answer to my question. I do understand the difference between G3 and G4.

This message apprears during the upgrade:

*FOR SPL 2.xx.xxxx ONLY!!!!!, Check SPL before upgrade this rom, at booting screen. Your Deivce must have SPL 2.xx.xxxx.
*If SPL is 1.x.x, just upgrade it to lastest Official Rom AKU2

I'm now running version SPL 3.08.0000.

SPL 3.08.0000 is a modded ROM from a similiar device. You will be able to apply non-official ROM's to your Prophet, as they do not check the Vendor ID.

Does somebody know if there are plans to make a rom based on the new wm6 built 17913 (like v. 1.4 from the Russians). I still use 1.1i, coz it is for me the most stable and every base function (BT, WIFI, IR, Phone, base apps) works, which is not the case with 2.02a.
