Problem with phonealarm and backlight

Hi,

yesterday I installed phonealarm on my xda orbit.
The backlight always turns on after each alarm beep.
I already activated the option "Don't activate backlight on alarm" but it doesnt work.
Any ideas how to solve this problem?

The program is instaled in RAM or SD card?
What´s the version of program? The lastest is 1.58 (buid 100) and can download the trial version in www.pocketmax.net/phoneAlarm.html
