Upgrade G4 to Latest Qtek ROM

After i have read a lot thread about how to install a new ROM to my G4 device i want ask if is the correct way what i have learned:
my Phone:
IPL 2.15.0001
SPL 2.15.0001
ROM IMate
ROM Version: 2.13.9.21 ITA
Radio Ver: 0.2.07.20
Prtotocol Ver. 413.1.03
ExtROM Ver: 2.13.9.111

As i can Understand using the Guide found on xda ftp (How_to_upgrade.rar) is not so complicate.
But what i understand about CIDLock G4 and G3 CIDunlock device is the G3 is able to upgrade/downgrade the IPL/SPL version using the original SHIPPED ROM and the G4 is able only to upgrade IPL/SPL and not back forward :-( so if you made some wrong Upgrade you can not Repair...
So the Guide explain how to upgrade (Radio/ROM/ExtROM) your G4 CIDLocked device without upgrade the IPL/SPL version...ok is not a problem at the moment but also say "you must have the Originale SPL/IPL Rom version" because if you made some Wrong step you can restore the OLD one...
And now i found some problem...I dont Have the Original ROM because i bought my PDA (Vodaphone Compact S) on eBay and i already found the Imate Italian ROM...but is very old ROM i want install the New Qtek (RUU_Prophet_220738_2207118_024721_QTEK_ITA_Ship) every Downloaded ROM is broken..:-(
So My question is:
1- Is the right guide to upgrade my G4 lock Device?
2- What is my Original ROM (in case bad upgrade to new one?)
2- Where i can found the new RUU_Prophet_220738_2207118_024721_QTEK_ITA_Ship?

Ciao Saandur grazie mille!! Ho scaricato dal mulo una rom se non ricordo male il file e' "ROM_Qtek_s200_21etc" ho provato scaricarla e mi sembra gia' modificata x G4 non contiene IPL forse solo SPL... Oppure e' quella Originale? E' meglio quella dell'Imate? E' rischioso aggiornarla? Sai darmi qualche consiglio?

Final Solution!!!! Is tooo simple!!! Using the guide found on FTP xda-developers (How_to_upgrade.rar) follow every step describe on the Guide an the file provided in the same file i have burn my New ROM for my G4 without risk!!!!!
I can also upload or share my G4 version of RUU_Prophet_220738_2207118_024721_QTEK_ITA_Ship, if is possible i can upload for every guy on xda-developer site...
So after i read and scream when i receive my Prophet G4 i now can keep a big breath....fffff... :-) so is possible upgrade a new ROM on G4 Device... IS VERY SIMPLE CREATE YOUR ROM WITHOUT IPL/SPL....
Many thanks for the big work and suggest make to create the guide/tool to do my hack....
