Cannot pick up network

hey just got wizard on o2 network second hand, i have had no luck with trying to get any network to show on it, it continually searches for a network but will not pick one up. i was wondering if anyone could shed any light on the matter? maybe antenna is broke or something, please if anyone can help leave me a message.

Try to perform a manual network search and let the device show you the available networks. At least you would know if there are any at all!

i have done so and it does not pick any up at all

If you have the possibility: try to either:

-> make a hard reset
-> complete reflash your device with the original ROM
-> reflash the RADIO ROM only

If none of the stuff above works there are still 2 possibilities:
either you do not have sufficient network coverage in your area or your antenna is broken!
