Hello there,

I've been using WM5.0 Helmi AKU 3.5 for several weeks without any problem but one day (today), my phone suddenly say NO SERVICE

i can't make a call or receive a call although when i call my number, it connect allright (No busy signal or inactive announcement) BUT the BA didn't ring at all. It is as if there is no phone call.

anyone have experienced this? Would hard reset help? I've tried soft-reset several times but didn't help. Change the SIM card as well and the sim card still show NO SERVICE

I was also stuck in "No service" at one point while trying some profile managing software. I managed to get out of it the following way:

open Comm Manager
click on the top left phone icon
wait 10-15 sec, if nothing happens do a soft reset
Open Comm Manager again
click on the phone icon again
the phone gave me the PIN input screen and it worked fine afterwards...

Just in case somebody gets stuck - you can try the procedure above and hopefully it will work.

Hi, I experienced once, really panicked. I found out it may due to the battery level. If you battery drop below 20%, your phone service will not run. You may observe and monitor.
