Can I upgrade to WM6 Black 3.0.1?

Hi, I am Krishna, From India.
I have Cingular 8525 Unlocked. Recently i Upgraded my device with Windows mobile to WM6 LVSW Edition (2007-03-20). Now i want to upgrade my mobile with WM6 Black 3.0.1. Can i upgrade it?
If so, plz provide the link to download the software. Is there any problems with that build?
Is i need to upgrade the ROM also? if so, how to do it?
