Problem With T-mobile Pm 200

I Have Problem The Screan Is Not Working By Using The Stick
But When I Use The Botton It Can Work So Now I Can Reseive Calls only But I Cant Call.
Is This The Sofware Problem Or Hardwere?
Can You Help.

if hardreset and recalib the screen dont help then it's a hardware issue
