Hello.. Wanted to share a new dialer I just put together.. Unfortunately I'm on a 8525 without the video call function so no support for VC.. If anyone wants to send me those images from the windows directory I would be happy to create the buttons and include them in the cab.. Just PM me.. Well, hope you like it...

Holy crap.. I just cleaned out that folder and found every file that looked to be from the video call dialer and im left with 193 image files.. I'm not sure if I'm missing something but this seems a bit excessive.. I take it that the video dialer looks like the WM5 default dialer? At least that is what it looks like from the files left behind..

Thanks for the cab. It looks good, and is closer to the crossbow theme than the standard dialpad, which has black in it. What I really am looking for is a solid crossbow (blue-green) colored dialpad to match crossbow theme and com-manager that I use on my 8525. Any suggestions? Thanks:)

I would love to but I cant find the com images in my windows directory.. I'm not sure where they are being stored on the device.. Anyone?

OK.. I found the images in the resource dll but have never done this before.. I have found how to replace them but it may take some time to figure out.. I'll post progress..

I made some changes to the orginal backgrounds to suite my taste. If you want to use those just copy them over the windows directory and reset. All credit goes to the original poster/creator "Jakaroe808"

I am using a Tmo Wing, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. I hate tmo's default skin :P

I tried changing the pics in resource file, and then replaced my windows resource file with the changed one. But the comm manager did not work...i am not sure how to fix it either...just thought i will share my experience

OK I know just about enough to be dangerous I think. How do you put the dialers on your phone? I downloaded those files to the Storage Card and ran it. Seemed like it did something. But I see no different Dialer. I have a few of Paula's Dialer files and I have E-mailed many times.

Never E-mailed me back but hey I know things get pretty busy and can't answer everyones question. I love the colored dialer BLISSED. Very pretty. http://www.paulya.com/ But I can not find that one on the site. Nor if I found it would I know what to do with it or how to make it my dialer.

I have a AT&T Tilt with WM6 Pro on it. I have found programs to make Themes for it. But I have yet to find a Dialer Program to make dialers. Can anyone help on any of these problems?

I could use a tip on how to use these dialer files in these zip files. Also I would like to know if there is a way to make my own. I like to make themes with my kids pictures in them. Also I lost my Sister in Law last year and recently I have been using old pictures of her on the themes.

Also would these work on my son's (I gave him my old 8125)

Hmmm I guess he perhaps is talking about us who know nothing but want nice things. The problem is not all of us understand what may seem easy to you is not so easy for others. There is never any info on what to do. Just nice looking things like themes and dialers.

It is not a lack of trying just a lack of knowing. We all learn things by asking. I'm sure when you were born you were not born knowing what you know now. It comes from seeing and asking questions and trying to learn.

Being a jerk helps no one to learn anything. I work as a tech in communications and take care of extremely high tech Microwave equipment. I don't think you would have a clue as to how it would work. But I would not blow up on you asking a question on how it did if you wanted to know.

I guess we all can get frustrated at times. But don forget that at one time we knew nothing except how to cry, breath and pee ourselves. From there we try and learn. A once great person said "There is no such thing as a stupid question"

I will try what you said to do and see if that works for me. If not thanks for the info I will not trouble you and this forum again with any further questions. Thanks for the help.
