How to Unluck the 02 Xda II

I tried to unluck 02 Xda II but i can't. Anyone please tell me how to unluck my phone so that i can use any sim on my phone.

Thnx for your reply but it doesnt work when i typed yes then it says mobile seems to unluck already and close to enter and when i closed the try to put sim in mobile n put unluck number but it doesnt work. Please how can i solve this.
