My default clock speed

I looked in my settings and saw my processor is a 195MHZ processor I have tried to OC it to around 204 to 216 and it seems to run fine. I can get it to stay permanently.

But my question: Is my default speed 180MHZ that is shown in OmapClock or what?

If I decide to uninstall OmapClock what to I set the clock to or will the system take care of that for me.

there's been a lot of discussion regarding how accurate omapclock and batterystatus programs are, i think bs is accurate and omapclock overestimates (rough example if omapclock says 200, you device is actually 180)
uninstalling will mean that the os is controlling the speed and at default
