I have installed windows mobile 6 on my orbit and its now stucked in the boot screen wat shall i do now.. plz help my orbit is so much to me :)

As far as I know there is no WM6 for the orbit yet !!!!!!!!!

So Where did you get it from?

Perhaps risk with other WM6 ROM.

No offence meant but in my opinion you do deserve the noob of the year award.Did you even try to take out time to read the posts in the forum,or the wiki??As of now there is no wm6 for the artemis,people have bricked their devices by trying to flash different carrier roms for the same device and you tried it with a unknown rom for a unknown device.Try to go through the forums and read the WIKI,though i doubt it would help in your case.Try imeiunlocker.com too.

Your not the first to have done this in the Artemis forum and prob not the last. Your device maybe salvagable if yoj can get it into bootloader mode. hold down the voice speed dial button and soft reset - you should then enter bootloader mode 'multicolored' screen' If you do attach device to pc via usb cable and flash factory rom. You do not need to be activesynced to do this. Before you flash again with a non-factory rom, your device MUST be cid unlocked.

Or go buy an Eten X500 or M700.
Eten has provided a WM6 upgrade for these devices, just this weekend.

They're quicker than HTC for providing the upgrades. They really want to beat HTC :-)

HTC, come on... give us the WM6 upgrade now please ;-)

A noob is someone who comes here and asks "How can I upgrade to WM6" and is politely told they can't or less politely told to search. Flashing your expensive pocket PC / Phone with god only knows what software, (Probably one of Longhairs copies of Windows 95), does not rank high enough to be classed as noob. Surely anyone might research what to do first???

Afxal first sorry for me a being such an ass in my earlier post,you certainly did not deserve those comments,mistakes do happen as meschle pointed out,go through all the posts carefully because in my experience in this forum some of the junior members have far greater knowledge than the seniors,and you could ask some of the mods for help,hope you retreive your bricked artemis.

Jeez, don't get too emotional guys haha! First of all he just comes here telling us he installed WM 6, what kind of rom, what filename. He gives us way too less info to be helpful. And secondly he doesn't give a *** about the thread. He won't respond! So he is an ass! haha

p.s:Typed this with P3300, way too much work lol
