hi,guys:

As we know,Both HTC_Hermes_SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a and Hard-SPL v7 are very very great tools and mainly used to unlock sim and CID.What are the difference between them? And what's the relationship between them?

Now I want to flash and unlock my CID and sim, which tool should I prefer and why?

Thanks in advance,
Best regards!

If you need to SIM unlock, use the SIM unlocker first, it will install HardSPL for you. If your device is already sim-unlocked, then you only need hardSPL.

First,thanks,pof!You are the MAN!

So the SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a software contains HardSPL,is it right?

now when I go into the tri-color mode,my T-mobile MDA(HERM300) shows me that IPL is 1.00 and SPL is MFG 1.01,and the following:
-----------------------------------------------------
USB>info 2
HTCSSuperCID蚤蹾TCE
USB>task 32
Level = 0
USB>info 7

HTC Integrated Re-Flash Utility, Common Base Version : 1.50a

Can I use SIM_CID_Unlock_v3a in this condition? I know, though, now my phone is working with SuperCID,I really want to crack it by myself again with this great software, and in this way,I could deal with it in my control.

BTW,how can I verify whether the SIM is unlocked or not?

Thanks again!

You could always just insert a non T-Mobile Sim into the device and check to make sure you can make calls on it. If so then you are SIM unlocked. If not then you still need to perform the SIM unlock.
