Major XDA Problem

The new updated rom for my xda 2 has damaged my boot file so all i get now is the 02 blue screen and the pda does not boot, how can i fix this?????

connect it to usb and try to reflash it

same problem but when i connect to usb it mostly doesnt detect it and although the inital screen is visable it doesnt illuminate most of the time? Help?

if it's in bootloader it should display
serial on the screen
when successfully connected it should display usb

at no point is the screen illuminated
