Trying to change splash on moms 8525... Help

Sorry for beating a dead horse here but i am out of time. I just upgraded my moms 8525 to Black 3.1 and she has mentioned the fact that she doesnt like the spawn character when it boots. I have tried MrVanx guide but the nb image converter wont load on my computer. I am running xp media edition 2005 and believe everything is up to date.

I am just trying to change it before our get together today, flame if you must but I have tried to post minimal, I just need a little help.

Are there any cab files that can just be ran and change it? I think Ive done it before.

a cab file will not work because by flashing the Splashscreens you are in fact hacking part of the ROM.
If you post the pictures on here (correct size etc) i can turn it into the .nbh file for you.

using the wiki technique above to create your image, you can then easily package it into RUU_signed.nbh using olipro's ROMBaker tool (see resources sticky in hermes upgrading).
