I think nobody answered because they are not entirely sure what the problem may be.

Yes, skype is possible via a BT headset - just turn it on.

IMHO, why not. try using BTIO (provide in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=307220 )
and set the audio outputs on "Audio2BT".

If it's okay, please give us feedback.

It's definately possible, either by connecting to your BT headset using the supplied comm manager or using BTIO. Works well too.
