button for 'speed voice dial'

This may sounded silly but i can not find the so-called button to activate this 'speed voice dial' program form my xda atom.
From the 'buttons' program, i saw there 4 buttons to be assigned but physically, i can only found 3 buttons.
Where is this button?

Just press and hold on volume down button for 2-4 secs .. cheers
