It should be without the backslash like
"\Program Files\CallFirewall\CallFirewall.exe" startup

Just to be clear:

CallFirewall DOES NOT pick up the call and immediately hang up.

It "ignores" tel numbers on the blacklist by preventing your phone from ringing. If you have voicemail, then call is immediately set to voicemail.

So, technically speaking, the call is not 'rejected' it is just shunted to voicemail.

I had do bit of reading in forum to discover this. I tried on my phone, it kept going to voice mail, and I was wondering if that is the way the proggy works or if there was issue.

I'm afraid my question is gonna to get me yelled at, but I have downloaded and extracted like 5 different types of call blockers for my Sprint Touch Pro2 today, and I am not familiar with any of these file types. This one contains an xml document, 000 file, and 001 file. Where do I put them and/or what do I do with them?

Seems you are extrating a cab file with some aplication (type WinRAR, Winzip, etc)

You need copy the cab file into your device and run it

sorry to say but it doesn't do it's job

it'll reject the call but the phone will still ring (1-2 rings) and the call will be shown on the display ,,,, pretty pointless it just saves the time of "ignoring it yourself

this program should help in case people are bothering you in the middle of the night

If you take a look on web dev you see:

KNOWN ISSUES :
1. One Ring Delay in Rejecting Calls.
2. Ongoing call -> Blocked Caller Calls -> Existing Call is Hung Up.
3. Problems with some Radio ROMS where the caller identdification is delayed by Windows by a couple of seconds.

This method works perfectly. The Program hides in a few seconds.
Just use total commander to change the shortcuts properties to
"\Program Files\CallFirewall\CallFirewall.exe" startup

Bummer this thing just sends blocked calls to voicemail. It's amazing that would be its function instead of simply hanging up on them. At the very least there should be a "send to voicemail"/"pickup then hangup" option in the settings. Not very useful as is.

there is a different black list for sms numbers u hav to re add the numbers
and u hav to click on sms blacklist for it to work

the CallFirewall was doing well on my htc touch diamond. CallFirewall has blocked the incoming calls with giving some voice-mail. it's so amazing!
but it's not going well on sms-black list. :(
I've thought that the sender will not having any 'delivery-report', but they still have it. would you mind to set up again your sms blocker, so the sender will not having any delivery reports on their phone? ;)

Sorry for the wake of the thread!

But is their a possiblity for route the unknow callers to a other number?
So that regular accepted callers will be routed to the mailbox when i'm not there but rejected will be sent to hell ?

Because now all rejected are directly sent to mailbox but the unknown don't interest me and they shouldn't get the possibilty to get to my mailbox =)

I am having the same problem on my TP2. SMS blocker has its on blacklist and the option is checked but i am still getting very hatefull SMS messages from a friend that i had to fire.

on a side note: never get your friends a job at your place of work.

EDIT: Perhaps i should have DLed the regular cab and not the SP cab???

I used this app for my diamond ant it was perfect there. but in my hd mini (photon) device sms block list doesnt work at all.

Very interesting... Great work, Shailesashar. This apps is what I've been looking for. I have installed this apps to my SAMSUNG GT-B7320 four days ago and it worked properly.
But today some problems occured.
The blacklist and SMS blacklist doesn't work, unlike the other feature. It's strange, because they worked 4 days ago (I'm pretty sure because I have tried it at least 10 calls and 6 sms). I didn't do anything to the number I've saved before nor change the setting.
I tried to reinstall the apps, but I got the same result.
Anyone can help me?
