How can you do Full Factory Reset

How can i do full factory Reset so i can reset the Unlock timer to 3 again it says something like

i want to reset it to 1 again how can i do it?

While you're at it, you should print out the user manual that more-than-likely came on the CD that was in the box with your phone, and read through that, too. Amazing stuff in there!
