problem for charge battery

hello, i have some problem for charging my battery:
two week ago my original battery dont want take charge over 93% and the led stay red for many time. I have buy a new battery and the same problem persist 97% of charge and led red. the autonomie is low for new battery only 3 hours.
Do your know this problem ? can i test consumation to my prophet?

i have try with all rom (origanal and upgrade) and i have the same problem with 3 different battery
