How to disable

I have enabled the devicelock under Start / Settings / Security / Device Lock and now I want to disable it again but unfortunately the "Prompt if device unused for" is greyed out.

Any help appreciated

Sounds like its set by a security policy, maybe from Exchange.

If its grey'd out then it cannot be changed.
