my dopod 818 pro when i turn phone on , it will blink like lcd goes wrong , when i go into bootloader mode , its only show IPL 3.08 AND SPL 3.08 , what should i do now . please help !

when I connect the device to the charger the 3 colors appear
but when I connect it to the usb cable the screen is flicking with no responce
in the activesync.
Sorry I have the same problem and I even thought this is my post

yes i can go into bootloader mode , the 3 colour can be appear
