I e-mailed the sales department at Mugen and asked them if it was possible to setup a group buy for their high capacity batteries so we can get them at a discounted rate. I got a response this morning and basically if we can get enough people, we can get as much as 25% off!

So whos interested?
Check here for your battery...

Once I get a number of people interested I can report back to Mugen and we'll see what happens from there, please reply and let us know if...

Yes, for sure I will buy one.
Maybe.
Maybe, depending on the price.

Also include the model of the battery you're interested in. I.e. HLI–P3600SL

Sorry guys, I would have made this into a poll but I'm not sure how to do it or maybe a mod has to do it.

Thanks for your interest.

Guys

We're happy to help out with a Mugen bulk buy in Australia if there's some real volume there.. We do regular orders on Mugen and, unlike unbranded batteries where there is 50% margin, Mugen is less than 25% usually - so 20-25% for a big bulk batch is realistic.

Freight is a major component of the cost.. So if there is a bulk order (even across multiple models), we can organise something like a discount coupon ID for Press Digital to get a batch in one shipment more cheaply..

We're open to ideas!

Here's the Mugen range we carry at the moment;

Guys,

We can't cost effectively export batteries from Australia in small quantities due to customs issues.. So the bulk buy we're suggesting would need to be limited to Australian buyers at the moment.. Sorry Eric.
