Umm, I think the CUSTEL rom is a Hermes rom as that is what I currently have on my 8525. You should probably look through the Rom threads here in this forum to find a Wizard compatible rom. If you flash a hermes rom onto a wizard (assuming it starts the write) you will ruin your device.

EDIT: but to answer your question yes it is a real WM6 COOKED rom.
