Bluetooth headset will not connect

I should have remembered 'If it ain't broke, don't try and fix it!' :(

I recently purchased a second hand O2 XDA iis and it worked great, I then decided to load the latest firmware which took me from EXT ROM version 1.40.237 to 1.40.242. The phone still works fine but I can not get my Jabra BT205 headset to connect any more. It pairs up fine but when I try to connect it just times out saying connection failed. The headset still works fine on my old phone and my XDA still connects fine to my BT GPS reciever. I have tried to download the a previous EXT ROM from this website but without any luck, the link appears to be dead.

I know I have been a bit of a 'numpty' but if anyone could offer any help or advice it would be most gratefully accepted. :D

But they are asking for subscription fees :confused: Should I just bite the bullet and do it? does any one else have experience with these guys?
