S200 and LAN on PC

Hi all

When I connect my S200 to PC (Activesync 4.5 and latest ROM on S200) all LAN + WiFi connections go offline and nothing helps. Only on PC reboot all returns to normal. What can I do?

What's the state of those connections in control panel > connections ?
Did you try to reinstall ActiveSync, and assuming you use WinXP, is it auto. updated ?

Reinstaling Activesync gives nothing. Yes I have all latest patches for XP. I disabled all but Wi Fi connections (intelPRO software) and checked allow wireless in ActiveSync. If I don't use Wi fi only LAN same problem - all connections others than S200 are disconnected. If I enter spetic IP address on S200 it tells me that he can't assign IP address. I think problem with IP addresses in all cases but I don't know how to change it.
