No ID RUU needed, help!

:confused: Hi all, I am an old HTC Universal user but new to Artemis. Just trying to flash my first Artemis with the HTC ship ROM but got a device ID error at the beginning of the flashing. Does any one know where to find the no ID RUU upgrade program because I am not sure if the Universal no ID RUU can be used for Artmes or not? Or perhaps I will need to pay and unlock the CID by using IMEI Check web site? For HTC Universal the unlocking software is free...

u need 2 pay 2 imeicheck, although i start a thread how to flash 2 cid locked dev. its name is somth like how to flash any cid locked artemis... or check my posts
