Hello, WM5 -- now what? WM5 questions

So I found my BlueAngel, which drowned on my boat last year (never put a big chick on the bow!) -- and it works! Yay! So I went ahead and reflashed it for WM5 by xplode -- and it still works! Yay-yay-yay!

Now, some WM5 questions. So what gives? So far I see a RAM Disk. What else? There's no SD backup in xplode's default ROM. No "caller ID" which T-Mobile used to ask me to install after each hard reset. Why would I cook the ROM if I can install things afterwards? What extras folks add via the kitchen which xplode didn't include?

What other features are there in WM5 folks find really useful?
